Gathering Waters is open to all NH resident school children, regardless of zip code. Residents from neighboring states are welcome to apply, however priority will be given to NH students in the event a lottery is held.

Since Gathering Waters is a chartered public school funded in part by state, federal, and local funds, there is no tuition for NH students who enroll. Annual fundraising events will supplement this funding.

Gathering Waters is a K-12 charter school. We have a class size limit of 25 students. There is one class per grade level except for Kindergarten, which has two smaller classes of 12 and 13.

The Open Enrollment window runs roughly from December through February each year. If Gathering Waters receives more applications than available student slots, by law, a random public lottery will be held in March. We accept students throughout the school year as space allows.

As a chartered public school, Gathering Waters receives per pupil reimbursement from the State of New Hampshire each year. However, we rely on the generosity of our community to support the broad scope of our programs and a significant amount of annual fundraising is needed to sustain the school.
