Aftercare at Gathering Waters
Our aftercare program provides a nurturing, dependable space for students in grades K–5. Children enjoy unhurried time to play outside, share a healthy snack, and engage in crafts or quiet indoor activities that help them unwind at the end of the school day.
Aftercare Hours
Aftercare is offered Monday through Friday from 3:00–5:00pm. during the school year. Transportation home is not provided, so parents or guardians must pick up their children by 5:00 p.m. Please note that Aftercare is not available on days when school is not in session.
LATE PICKUP FEE
The Aftercare program ends promptly at 5:00pm. Families will be charged $5 for every five minutes past 5:00pm.
Aftercare Payment
$18/day for one student
$12/day for each additional sibling
ADVANCED SIGN-UP
In order to simplify the process, this year we offer a monthly sign-up, due by the last day of school each month in advance of each month.
Families may choose how many days their students will attend for the upcoming month, and remit payment online.
Up to five unused days may be rolled over each month, and extra attendance will be billed at the end of the month.
DROP-IN AFTERCARE
Reserve a spot in Aftercare the same day you need it by calling the Lower School Main Office, preferably no later than 10am the day of.
$20 per day, invoiced at the end of each month. Payments due within 7 days of invoice.
