 Lower School Traffic Flow and Parking

Lower School Drop-Off

Lower School drop-off begins at 7:30am outside on the playground.

Parents can choose to either park on the south side of Church St. (facing the school) and walk their child up to the play yard OR drop off at the car line.

Our drop-off and pick-up lane will be on Wilber St. heading east "up the hill."

PLEASE REMEMBER TO DRIVE SLOWLY AND CAREFULLY ON WILBER ST. Cars will line up, pulling just off of the street, beginning at the furthest end of the parking lot entrance and down Wilber St. Cars must turn right onto Wilber St. while heading north from S. Lincoln St. Cars must not turn left on Wilber St. from S. Lincoln St. (and thus "cut" in the car line that may reach to S. Lincoln St.)


After 8:00am (for 1st-5th graders) students arriving late need to stop at the Main Office to get a tardy slip and check in with Ms. Fiona before going to their classroom. If your child is going to be later than 15 minutes or is going to be absent, please call Ms. Fiona in the Main Office at (603) 733-8701

Lower School Pick-Up

Pick-up starts at 3:00pm sharp. In the afternoon only, the car line is now reversed—coming down Wilber St., moving through the parking lot, and exiting onto Wilber St. toward S. Lincoln St.

  1. Enter Wilber St. from Water St.

  2. Stay to the right (on the correct side of the road) while traveling down Wilber St. until entering the parking lot. Do not pull over and park or drive on the grass.

  3. Turn left into the school parking lot.

  4. Travel clockwise through the lot.

  5. Follow directions from staff.

  6. Exit by turning left onto Wilber St. and then onto S. Lincoln St.

Students will be waiting in class lines on the woodchip section near the Gaga Ball area of the playground. Faculty and Staff will call students when their ride arrives in the drop-off/pick-up lane.

Reminders for Families

  • Only park on the south side of Church St. Cars parked on the north side will be ticketed.

  • Refrain from turning around in private driveways.

  • Do not leave cars idling if parked.

  • Drive slowly and carefully: students and staff are present.

Upper School Traffic Flow and Parking

Upper School Drop-Off

Upper School drop-off begins at 7:30am at the Spring St. entrance of our Upper School building. The car line comes from the direction of Washington St. and turns right onto Spring St. We ask that cars pull up as far as they can past the entrance of the building so that we don't cause a traffic jam on Washington St.

Any students arriving after 8:00am MUST check in at the front desk before going to their classroom.

Upper School Pick-Up

The pick-up line begins no earlier than 3:05pm. There will be staff members directing traffic and assisting students with finding their rides. Be respectful of faculty direction and others in the car line.

The car line comes from the direction of Washington St., turn right onto Spring St., then turn right at Washington Park Apartments. Follow the road around our building, keeping Gathering Waters on your right-hand side. During pick-up ONLY, the car line will travel against the “Do Not Enter” signage to wrap around the building.

Students are to be picked up in our front yard, and then the line exits turning right onto Washington St. Please do not get out of your cars, and do not hold up the line once you have your child(ren). We appreciate your help with keeping the carline as quickly paced as possible while being safe and orderly.
