Take a Virtual Walk Through the Grades
From kindergarten through high school, a Gathering Waters education unfolds in a thoughtful progression that honors the growing child. Each stage offers its own blend of play, creativity, real work, and increasing academic challenge—meeting students where they are developmentally and guiding them step by step toward confidence, capability, and purpose.
KINDERGARTEN
A warm and joyful start to school, our Kindergarten lets children explore, create, and grow at their own pace. Daily rhythms, stories, movement, and meaningful work help them build the foundations they’ll carry into the grades.
LOWER SCHOOL (1–5)
Our Lower School blends steady rhythms, clear expectations, and learning that engages the whole child. Through stories, movement, and hands-on work, students build skills while exploring the world with curiosity.

MIDDLE SCHOOL (6–8)
Middle School builds more independence and a growing sense of responsibility. Engaging in challenging academics through conversation, projects, and the arts, students discover new strengths in themselves and each other.
HIGH SCHOOL (9–12)
At GWHS, students grow into capable thinkers, confident communicators, and responsible young adults. They gain confidence in who they are and how they want to contribute—preparing them for college and life beyond.
“We are so fortunate to have Gathering Waters in our community providing an accessible Waldorf education. Our family and so many others I know value this education because it meets our children as multifaceted human beings in a screen-free space and values arts, music, nature and community engagement. My daughter loves going to school and comes home alive with songs and games, naturally practicing the things she has learned that day.”
