Judy was born in the Dominican Republic and moved to New York City with her family at age seven. Seven years later, she returned to the Dominican Republic to attend high school. She eventually moved back to New York, where she earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from the New York Institute of Technology.
Judy’s career has taken her in several meaningful directions. She worked in foster care and adoption for seven years, helping children and families access the services they needed to support successful reunification. In 1997, she moved to New Hampshire with her family, and she worked as a substitute teacher in local schools before eventually teaching Spanish under Title IV.
In 2017, her family moved to Keene, NH, where Judy found her way into caregiving and became an LNA/CNA, a role she has held for more than five years. Each chapter of Judy’s life has given her new experiences and opportunities to help others.
Outside of work she enjoys nature, learning, and satisfying her curiosity about the world around us. Above all, Judy’s family remains her greatest source of love and motivation.
