Upper School Jazz & Band Teacher
Sue is originally from Massachusetts and recently relocated to New Hampshire. She’s loving the kind people here and the beautiful mountains.
Sue has taught music to all grade levels, pre-K through 12. She spent some years directing a women’s vocal ensemble as well as working with a church choir and performing with a woodwind ensemble. She particularly enjoys teaching beginning band students. Sue also spent time teaching on a Seminole reservation in Florida, which was a challenging and rewarding experience.
Sue has a bachelors degree from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, and a masters degree from the University of North Texas, focusing on music, education, and instrumental jazz.
In her free time, Sue likes to travel with her dog, Patrick, and explore her new surroundings.
