Sue stumbled into Waldorf education 12 years ago as her eldest child was entering grade school, attracted to its warmth and measured pace, the integration of art and music, and the preservation of wonder—among many other qualities that she continues to discover as her children grow.
A seasoned creative director and business owner, Sue has over 25 years experience in communications, brand strategy and design, across a variety of industries and businesses of all sizes. She is counted on for delivering compelling, strategy-focused work with meticulous attention to detail, while juggling deadlines, budgets and the subjectivity inherent in creative work. Sue is especially motivated by the passion and independent spirit of entrepreneurs and mission-oriented organizations... like charter schools!
Sue lives in Westmoreland with her husband Doug, their four Gathering Waters students, and a menagerie of sheep, chickens and gardens.
