Tracy has joined Gathering Waters as a special education teacher for grades 6-10. She is a resident of Deering, N.H. who lives with her husband and two dogs. Tracy has two sons and three grandchildren plus one on the way. She has spent over 20 years in the special education field. Tracy has a B.A. in Business Administration from Park University in Parkville, Missouri and a Masters degree in Special Education K-12, from Plymouth State College in New Hampshire. Her first 15 years were spent in a private special education school with an emphasis on adventure based curriculum. After that, she transferred to public school and taught in a self-contained classroom for 7 years. Tracy has a strong belief that outdoor education is an integral part of connecting with students and helping them discover their strengths that carry into their academics.
