Gardening Teacher and Aftercare Assistant Teacher
Michele has been a Landscape Architect since 1986. In 2019, she transitioned to focus on environmental landscape education, mentoring, and design with Healthy Home Habitats. With a commitment to balancing human needs and nature, Michele has evolved her approach to prioritize the ecological health of communities.
Michele’s professional journey began at civil engineering and landscape architecture firms, and then moved to public entities, including the County Forest Preserve District, WI Department of Natural Resources, and Keene City Planning. She holds a BA in Landscape Architecture and an MS in Resource Management from the University of Illinois and Antioch New England University.
Outside of work, Michele loves spending time in the forest and working on outdoor projects with who daughter, who is a proud Waldorf graduate.
