Joe has arrived at Gathering Waters after 14 years of helping students navigate the complex world of undergraduate admission and achieve their post-graduation dreams. His passion for teaching and counseling began in 5th grade when his teacher would leave him in charge of the class to review homework. Upon completing his Master's from Boston College, Joe taught job interview training classes in South Korea. He is excited to be part of a community in which an individual student's talent and treasure are valued above conforming to systems that can cause unnecessary stress. When not researching the latest trends in undergraduate admission, Joe can be found running half-marathons, hiking the NH48 and exploring national parks.
