Jodie Hoye
Development Manager
Jodie brings more than a decade of experience in marketing, outreach, and communications, guiding organizations in sharing their stories with clarity, warmth, and purpose. She believes that connection is the seed from which all meaningful work grows - a value deeply woven into the fabric of Gathering Waters.
An active hospice volunteer and Principal Oboe with the Keene Chamber Orchestra, Jodie has long been devoted to service and the arts. For more than ten years, she also provided foster care, welcoming children into her family and offering a steady, caring presence. Inspired by the Waldorf approach where learning nourishes the head, heart, and hands, she is grateful for the opportunity to nurture the relationships and resources that allow the school’s programs to flourish.
Rooted in the Monadnock region, Jodie shares her home with her two children and four beloved cats. She delights in making music, wandering woodland trails, crocheting cozy creations, savoring a perfectly brewed cup of coffee, and crafting colorful, plant-based meals that reflect her vegan lifestyle. In every part of her work and life, she seeks to weave together community, care, and creativity - threads she now joyfully offers to Gathering Waters.
